  • 80% of fleet equipped with telematics by end of 2025

  • Combustible & mixed waste < 25% of total waste by 2026

 

Reducing Environmental Impact

We minimize our GHG emissions and environmental footprint.

Key targets:

  • 100% depots completed Environmental Checklist – ✅ Achieved 2024

  • 5% reduction in hazardous chemicals by 2025

  • 95% green electricity at depots by 2025

  • 90% of depots certified with ISO 14001 by 2026

 

Health, Safety & Inclusion

We support safety, diversity and long-term employment.

Key targets:

  • Safety manuals with 100% of machines by 2025

  • Gender diversity targets (by 2026):
    ▪ Board: 50% women – ✅ Achieved
    ▪ Management team: 10%
    ▪ Managers: 15%
    ▪ Employees: 20%

  • 90% of depots with a certified health & safety system (e.g. ISO 45001) by 2026

 

Responsible Corporate Governance

We build trust through ethical conduct and transparent partnerships.

Key targets:

  • 80% of suppliers (>1 MEUR spend) ESG-screened – ✅ Achieved 2024

  • Business Code of Conduct included in 100% of rental agreements – ✅

  • 100% employees trained in Code of Conduct by 2025, then biannually

  • 80% of suppliers (>100 000 EUR spend) to agree with BCoC by 2025
