We encourage all employees to report health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) observations, which are actively monitored by local HSEQ managers.

Employees use Hessu, an HSEQ platform tracking 500-1000 monthly safety observations. Key takeaways are shared internally, with rewards for the most active contributors.
