Renta has a decentralized organization model. The authority to make decisions in rental matters is right where it should be: at the desk of the local depot. There are no extra management layers, nor will there ever be. This makes sure the top-level management is also easy to reach and ready to make necessary decisions when needed.

The agile and lean structure also makes our cost structure very competitive. The customers don’t have to pay for bloated administration or unnecessary functions. They only pay for what is valuable for them: excellent rental services and quality equipment.

The Renta model is also scalable both locally and internationally. An agile and lean structure, quick decision making and decentralized management have helped Renta to grow faster than others in the market.

Easy rentals through innovation

We aim to make rental services as easy and transparent as possible for the customer. We believe that will also make things easy for ourselves.

We can make equipment rentals easier by developing digital as well as physical services.

For example, the Renta Easy rental application and the complementing fleet management systems that help our customers to manage their fleet, costs and projects. Renta Safety-Deck, on the other hand, makes unloading hollow-core slabs at the site easy and safe. Our modern site spaces are designed together with our customers.

Because we want to be a new type of rental company, where things are done in a more agile and smart fashion, we are not scared of cutting out practices that do not offer clear benefits to the customer or us. Unnecessary bureaucracy, reporting, drafting and analysing forecasts etc. have been cut to a minimum. If something is not needed, we will not spend time on it.
