Dominik Ochman, Software administrator
Since May 2020, when Dominik began his career at Renta, he has consistently demonstrated commitment and readiness to take on new challenges. He started as a indoor salesman advisor in the customer service office, quickly mastering the company’s operational systems and industry specifics. His natural ability to acquire knowledge and work with people allowed him to take on an additional role in a short time – training newly hired employees and helping them adapt to their responsibilities and the company’s operations.
Soon after, he also took on the responsibilities of a IT systems administrator, taking care of employee training, managing rental system access controls, and resolving technical issues, which required both acquired expertise and quick problem-solving skills. In 2022, his skills were recognized with a promotion to the position of IT systems administrator. This marked the moment when he was entrusted with the implementation of a new company sales rental program and an application for service technicians – Renta Tools.
“Thanks to my experience, precise planning of all processes, and collaboration with other departments, both implementations were successful, significantly streamlining the daily operations of the branches and improving the company’s overall efficiency.”
At the end of 2024, he was promoted to the position of internal auditor. In this role, he is responsible for verifying compliance with internal rules and procedures throughout the organization. His tasks include not only analyzing conformity with established standards but also identifying areas requiring improvement.
